How To Fertilize Your Lawn The Earth Friendly Way

For the past year or two, I have tried many times to find an eco friendly company that can do lawn care without all of the chemicals or pesticides. Believe me when I say that trying to find one of these companies is incredibly difficult. For a while, the closest thing I could come to was a website that seemed untrustworthy and a product that I was skeptical of. That’s when, one day, I stumbled across the one thing that I was looking for all this time.

This ‘thing’ is called Sunday Lawn Care. Even when I saw this, I was still skeptical. After all, I had spent months trying to find a substitute to unnatural chemical fertilizers, and all of a sudden, this shows up? Does this stuff actually work, or is it just another green washing company?

Basically, what Sunday does is analyze a dirt sample from your lawn, look at your location, and package up a box full of natural fertilizers and more for you to apply within a scheduled period of time. What’s more? It’s a subscription service, so you’ll get a few boxes every season to help your lawn grow the environmentally conscious way.

I had plenty more questions, and it took roughly eight months before we finally clicked the button and had a box of supplies delivered to our front door.

While nothing has changed too much since our first application, it does seem to work. We received our second box a few weeks ago, and the third will be arriving within the coming months.

In my opinion, I believe that this could help slowly change the course of lawn care. After all, it looks like Sunday the only company of its kind at the moment, so there is plenty of room to grow for more sustainable future that is chemical free.

Do you use a lawn care service unlike Sunday? What kind of impact might that have on the environment?
